D.I.E.T

It can be hard to diet and reach your fitness goals. Here are the keys having great health. There are just 4 things to remember.

Determination is number 1. Don't give up on yourself or your workout plan. You have to believe in yourself and don't let anything get in the way of your goals. You will face challenges and your will power will be tested. But you have to find ways to clear those hurdles without breaking stride. Find ways to encourage yourself. If you find yourself at a weak point, feel free to comment on this blog or send me an email if you want to keep it private. I will answer your questions in my next post.

Intensity is important to every workout. You must work your body hard in order to see large gains in progress. Push yourself a little further each week, but be sure to avoid overdoing it. Your muscles need time to repair after your intense workout, that is how your muscles grow stronger than before. Protein is Ideal for your muscle recovery, a great source of protein is American Whey Protein.

Eating right is just as important as exercise. Your body will lose muscle and fat if you diet without exercise, and you fill not lose as much fat as you want to if you exercise with out a diet. So, you have to eat frequently but healthy. Eat 5-6 times a day, that's about once every 4 hours or so. Try replacing meals with American Whey Protein or with the Whey Gold Meal, which is a high quality meal replacement product. This will allow you to have a vitamin rich meal on the go.

Time is needed to see results. Lets face facts, we live in a microwave world. People want to see results instantly without putting in the time and hard work to get them. Enjoy the time it takes for you to see and feel results. There is nothing more rewarding than watching your body transform into the body of your dreams. You will notice your self confidence and energy level increase, and other people will notice it too.

In order to see great progress towards your goals, you will need to D.I.E.T. Keep these points in mind as you work your way to your goals. And post your success stories on this blog. Hey Korey,
I enjoy reading your insightful comments everyday. I'm a "stay-at-home" mom with two toddlers and I have very little time for real workouts. I'm very petite, but after two little ones, Im having trouble getting rid of this little belly fat. I used to have a 24" waist, and now it's like 30". What can I do to get real results and get back my 'six-pack'?
