Making time is tough.

In response to a question asked by a mother of 2 young children. Dieting is hard, there is no doubt about that, and finding time to exercise these days is even harder. You still have to find new ways to get your heart rate up, and keep yourself active. Try getting your children involved in sports, this way you will have an excuse to run around playing with them. You could also become assistant coach or just help the team practice. Don't worry if you are not familiar with the sport they are playing. If the kids are still young, you don't have to worry about the next Michael Jordan or Pele embarrassing you. I don't recommend forcing your child to play a sport, just so you can live out your dreams through them, so find a new activity if sports are not for your kid. But it is not enough to just workout, you really need a good diet. Try eating 4-6 meals per day and you can replace meals with Lean Mass Matrix, and add a fat burner to help you to use the extra fat for fuel. You can even make it a family thing, with vitamins for the kids.
